Yes, an appointment is required to see a veterinarian at our clinic. However, on a case-to-case basis and subject to availability, we do accept walk-ins. Please note that emergency cases are always accepted and prioritized to ensure immediate care for critical situations.
All pets for Grooming only must be:
- Free of any parasitic infestation.
- Compliant with any forms/update & report any changes upon arrival.
- Healthy and at least 12 weeks old.
- Secured with a collar/harness and a leash; or secured in a carrier.
- Picked up within 1 hour of notice that service is complete.
- Proof of current rabies vaccination.
